Shipping Information: 
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. All items in the same order may not be shipped on the same day (due to multiple suppliers). Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order. Any shipping delays not alerted to you in the ordering process will be communicated to you within 5 business days of receipt of your order. 

Shipping Times: 
To determine when you will receive your order, please add 1-2 business days for order process to the appropriate shipping time based on the method of shipping you have chosen at checkout. Please allow up to 3 weeks for made-to-order items (for example, embroidered clothing). Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. 

Shipping Methods*: 
UPS Ground (5-7 business days after an order has been processed) 
UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days after an order has been processed) 
UPS 2-Day Air (2 business days after an order has been processed) 
UPS Next Day Air (1 business day after an order has been processed) 

*Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, but we reserve the right to send your order via FedEx, USPS or shipping method of equivalent quality and cost. 

Shipping and Handling Charges: 
All orders of $119+ (before tax) are eligible for FREE UPS Ground Shipping within the Continental United States.*

For UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, shipping charges are calculated using the exact weight or your order. During check-out, you will see this calculated in real-time. 

*Free shipping for $119+ orders can be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Prodigy Uniform Company. Oversized packages may be subject to additional fees. 

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPOs: 
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. or an APO/FPO. 

International shipping: 
We can ship to most international destinations. Please email Customer Service at info@prodigyuniforms.com for shipping fees to your area.
