Need your order faster? We offer UPS 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Next Day, and Saturday Delivery shipping options for an additional charge. These shipping charges are calculated using the exact weight of your order and calculated in real-time from UPS Online. Please understand that UPS will not deliver on the weekend unless you pay for Saturday delivery, and you must email Customer Service to get a quote on Saturday Delivery!

Military APO/FPO's: All orders being shipped to an APO/FPO or other military establishment will be shipped US Postal Service only. We cannot insure packages or give a definite delivery time for orders being shipped to an APO or any other military institution.  Additional shipping charges may apply.

Factory Direct Shipping: In most cases, items are sent directly from our manufacturing facility to you, and in some cases, your order may come from two or more of our facilities in multiple packages. We will notify you via email when your order has "SHIPPED" and give details regarding the number of packages you will receive. Tracking information is provided by request only. If any items from your order are "out of stock" or on "back-order", we will call or email you to discuss your options. We DO NOT ship partial orders unless the order requires items to be shipped from different manufacturing locations.

Determining a Delivery Time: Once your payment clears, most items are shipped out within 24 hours and will arrive, in most cases, within 5 days using our Standard Shipping option. Please include our handling time (in most cases 1-2 business days) when determining which shipping option you need to choose. UPS and Fed Ex don't deliver on Saturday or Sunday's!

Shipping Charges: Based on your order total and using the above chart, we will provide you with your shipping charge at checkout. Most orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground, but we reserve the right to send your order via FedEx, USPS, or an any other equivalent shipper if the service is of equal quality and value. Heavy or bulky items may require additonal freight charges.

Embroidery: Embroidery orders typically add 7-15 days to your order.

We cannot make any guarantee on your delivery date/time, but we can give you our best estimate via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Free Shipping Promotion

Any single online order totaling over $350.00 (before taxes) is eligible for free UPS Ground Shipping. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or countries outside of the United States are not eligible for free shipping.  Orders must be paid for immediately using either a credit card or PayPal; orders that are placed on credit terms (purchase order) are not eligible for free shipping.

Shipping charges will be deducted from a refund if returned items cause your order total to go below $350.00. Free shipping is not applicable to exchanges. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
