Step One: Prepare the Return Place the item(s) and a print off of your order confirmation email that you received after placing your order with us into a secure package. Please also include a short written reason for the return on your order confirmation page. An order confirmation email can also be obtained by: 1. Go to www.prodigyuniforms.com 2. Select the Join Free/Login tab, and sign-in using your username and password. 3. Click on Account Maintenance from the Main Menu. 4. Under Order Information, click on the order that contains the items you're returning. 5. Print Page.
Step Two: Clearly Label Package Once your package is securely taped up, you will need to place your shipping label on the package. On your shipping label, you will need to clearly print the following information: 1. Your Name. 2. Your Company Name (if applicable). 3. Your address. 4. Your order number (will be a 3 or 4 digit number that's listed on your order confirmation page).
Step Three: Ship it! You can choose to any shipping method you wish to return your items - just make sure you have some kind of tracking information for your shipment to verify that it gets here! US Postal Service tends to have the best prices on shipping domestically. Do not return the package to our manufacturing facility!! Send all returns to:

We highly recommend that you insure the package and get a tracking number for your return. If we don't receive the package and you have no proof of delivery, we cannot issue a refund. You may be held responsible if returned items are damaged by the shipper and the package is not insured - this can mean that you will not get a refund!
Once we receive the package, we'll credit your account within 72 hours. Depending on your credit card company, there could be an additional 2-10 business days before the credit posts to your account, so please exercise patience during this process! |
