ORDER & RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges: It's Easy & Fair!

We take pride in every item that we sell, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then we will assist you in a prompt refund, exchange, or credit within 365 days of your purchase.* All returned items must be:


- unworn and unaltered.  Altering includes hemmed pants, short sleeve & sleevless tuxedo shirts and dress shirts, and we cannot accept altered garments!


- in new condition with all original tags and packaging still intact.

 

Customized, hemmed, altered, or made-to-order merchandise is non-refundable.  For orders being returned that are more than $349 in value, a small restocking fee of 22% will be deducted from your refund and a return authorization number will also be required (contact Customer Service at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ).

Once your return is received and inspected by us, a credit will be issued back to your credit card within 72 hours, and depending on your credit card company, it could take 2-10 additional business days before the credit posts back to your account. We will refund the full amount of your order minus shipping costs. Sample orders, and items that are being used or suspected of being used for a "one-time" occassion, such as a photo shoot are not eligible for return.

Terms of Sale

Thank you for your business - we appreciate it! Most orders are processed within 24 hours after receipt (except on holidays and other non-business days). Because Prodigy has manufacturing facilities throughout the United States, some items may be shipped in different packages and may not always arrive at the same time. We currently have manufacturing facilities in California, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Indiana, and Michigan to better serve our customers. Once you have submitted an order, it is subject to further consideration by our fullfilment centers who may also require additional time to complete the shipment. Prodigy Uniforms will honor all expedited freight requests, however it is important to note that because orders may not ship the same day, a request for expedited freight does not guarantee expedited delivery. Payment Terms

Standard terms for credit approved business accounts are Net 15. Alternative methods of payment extended to customers within the United States are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Management reserves the right to adjust this policy on a case by case basis.


Warranty

The products contained within this site are warranted against defects in manufacture only. Because applications vary, no use warranty is implied or intended. The buyer should make a careful analysis of the use by which these products are purchased. It will be the buyer's responsibility to determine whether these products will adequately protect the wearer in the environment in which they are to be used. No oral representation inconsistent with the above shall be binding.

 

 

 

NOTE: All above policies effective as of June 5, 2010. All orders placed prior to June 5, 2010 are subject to Prodigy Unifom Company's previous Order and Return policy, which in summary gives the customer 30-days to return any item in RESELLABLE condition. A 20% restocking fee may apply to orders placed prior to June 5, 2010.
